Son obras que las habíamos esperado por tanto tiempo, y tuvo que llegar el prefecto, Leonardo Orlando, a convertir ese sueño en realidad. Nos sentimos bendecidos y agradecidos, dejamos atrás años de peligro e inseguridad por no tener un puente y una buena carretera”, manifestó Daniel Párraga, morador de Come y Paga en Medio.TRABAJOS CULMINADOS.Este sábado, 22 de octubre, el prefecto de Manabí, Leonardo Orlando, socializó los trabajos culminados del nuevo puente de hormigón armado, de 20 metros de largo por 7,20 metros de ancho sobre el río Las Marías, en el sitio Come y Paga en Medio de la parroquia Pichincha del cantón del mismo nombre; donde la Prefectura de Manabí invirtió 270.326,86 dólares en esta obra.
