All\u00ed particip\u00f3\nde los eventos c\u00edvicos y culturales.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Orlando asegur\u00f3 que se van a impulsar emprendimientos,\nejecutar proyectos de riego y drenaje, apoyar la agricultura, la pesca y\nacuicultura. \u201cVamos hacer de este perfil costanero una gran potencia\ngastron\u00f3mica, patrimonial y ecol\u00f3gica\u201d expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>El Prefecto resalt\u00f3 que en la zona\nnorte de Manab\u00ed se ejecutar\u00e1n varios\nprogramas viales entre los que destaca un eje de integraci\u00f3n que unir\u00e1 Jama con\nPedernales, Flavio Alfaro, Chone y Sucre (San Isidro) y&nbsp; El Carmen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Leonardo Orlando fue part\u00edcipe de la\nsesi\u00f3n solemne realizada el pasado\nlunes 15 de julio, en el Coliseo Municipal \u201cJos\u00e9 Vell\u00e9s Gonz\u00e1lez\u201d.
