{"id":13424,"date":"2019-08-30T23:01:48","date_gmt":"2019-08-31T04:01:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.manabi.gob.ec\/?p=13424"},"modified":"2019-08-30T23:01:48","modified_gmt":"2019-08-31T04:01:48","slug":"se-intercambian-experiencias-de-riesgos-con-tecnicos-de-chile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.manabi.gob.ec\/index.php\/se-intercambian-experiencias-de-riesgos-con-tecnicos-de-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"SE INTERCAMBIAN EXPERIENCIAS DE RIESGOS CON T\u00c9CNICOS DE CHILE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Por cada d\u00f3lar&nbsp; que se\ninvierte en prevenci\u00f3n se ahorran 8 d\u00f3lares en reconstrucci\u00f3n\u201d dijo el alcalde\nde la Municipalidad de Santa Cruz de Chile, William Ar\u00e9valo, en el&nbsp;\nseminario de \u201cRiesgos desde la Planificaci\u00f3n y Ordenamiento Territorial\u201d,\norganizado por CONGOPE y el Gobierno de Manab\u00ed, el 29 de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n&nbsp; participaron\nt\u00e9cnicos de la Direcci\u00f3n&nbsp; Nacional de Riesgos de Chile, organismo parte de\nla Cooperaci\u00f3n Chilena para el Desarrollo (AGCIP-Chile)&nbsp; que compartieron\nexperiencias con alcaldes, t\u00e9cnicos de gobiernos cantonales de Manab\u00ed y\nfuncionarios de otras instituciones.&nbsp; Se habl\u00f3 de la capacidad de\nrespuesta antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de un evento natural.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>La viceprefecta de Manab\u00ed, Kelly\nBuenaventura,&nbsp; agradeci\u00f3 al CONGOPE y, especialmente, a la comisi\u00f3n de la\nCooperaci\u00f3n Chilena por compartir&nbsp; sus experiencias y conocimientos con\nManab\u00ed. Resalt\u00f3 que ser\u00e1n de mucha importancia para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los\ntrabajos de prevenci\u00f3n&nbsp; y respuesta que debe tener la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp; Alcalde Sata Cruz dijo\nque Chile a pesar de ser considerado entre los pa\u00edses&nbsp; con mayores riesgos\na nivel mundial ha logrado desarrollar un alto nivel de respuesta frente a los\neventos naturales,&nbsp; gracias a la inversi\u00f3n que se hace en prevenci\u00f3n con\n\u00e9nfasis en planes preventivos.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>La directora de Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental\ny Riesgos del Gobierno de Manab\u00ed, Anal\u00eda Rivadeneira, indic\u00f3 que este\nintercambio de experiencias&nbsp; es el inicio de un trabajo dirigido a\nfortalecer ese \u00e1mbito en la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u201cAhora se est\u00e1n realizando estos\nacercamientos con organismos internacionales y nacionales&nbsp; para liderar el\ntema\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Rivadeneira.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por cada d\u00f3lar&nbsp; que se invierte en prevenci\u00f3n se ahorran 8 d\u00f3lares en reconstrucci\u00f3n\u201d dijo el alcalde de la Municipalidad de Santa Cruz de Chile, William Ar\u00e9valo, en el&nbsp; seminario de \u201cRiesgos desde la Planificaci\u00f3n y Ordenamiento Territorial\u201d, organizado por CONGOPE y el Gobierno de Manab\u00ed, el 29 de agosto.
