Esta parroquia de la zona centro sur de la provincia, durante los inviernos de a\u00f1os anteriores, se ha visto afectada por las inundaciones que han originado p\u00e9rdidas a la agricultura y al comercio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstos trabajos son parte de un plan emergente que estamos llevando a cabo\u00a0\u00a0a lo largo del r\u00edo Portoviejo y sus zonas cr\u00edticas, que ya est\u00e1n identificadas.
