{"id":15285,"date":"2020-10-23T09:02:48","date_gmt":"2020-10-23T14:02:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.manabi.gob.ec\/?p=14656"},"modified":"2020-10-23T09:02:48","modified_gmt":"2020-10-23T14:02:48","slug":"asambleas-ciudadanas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.manabi.gob.ec\/index.php\/asambleas-ciudadanas\/","title":{"rendered":"ASAMBLEAS CIUDADANAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En todos los cantones manabitas se iniciaron las asambleas ciudadanas para elaborar el presupuesto participativo del Gobierno de Manab\u00ed para el a\u00f1o 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El objetivo es armar el presupuesto equitativamente desde los territorios con la participaci\u00f3n de autoridades cantonales, parroquiales y representantes de los sectores, a trav\u00e9s de Los Consejos Barriales, como lo estipula la Constituci\u00f3n y la ley de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se analizan las bondades del territorio, poblaci\u00f3n, \u00edndices de pobreza, necesidades de obras y proyectos que necesitan para su desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Las asambleas ciudadanas se desarrollar\u00e1n en los 22 cantones manabitas y, seg\u00fan planificaci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1n concluir el 22 de octubre, para posteriormente elaborar el presupuesto provincial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En las Asambleas Ciudadanas tambi\u00e9n se generan insumos para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo Provincial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En todos los cantones manabitas se iniciaron las asambleas ciudadanas para elaborar el presupuesto participativo del Gobierno de Manab\u00ed para el a\u00f1o 2021.
