Esto convierte a la entidad provincial en un referente nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento fue presentado al Consorcio de Gobiernos Provinciales del Ecuador (CONGOPE) el 27 de marzo y al Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD) el 12 de abril, y tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 compartido con la organizaci\u00f3n Ciudades y Gobiernos Locales Unidos (CGLU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este aporte incluye indicadores importantes cuantitativos y cualitativos que contribuyen a la medici\u00f3n de los ODS, los cuales est\u00e1n permanentemente ligados con la Agenda 2030 y el Plan de Desarrollo de Ordenamiento Territorial (PDOT) de la Prefectura de Manab\u00ed, explic\u00f3 Axel Guanoluisa, director de Planificaci\u00f3n Institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Haro, director de Planificaci\u00f3n del Consorcio de Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Provinciales del Ecuador (CONGOPE), destac\u00f3 el trabajo desarrollado por la Prefectura de Manab\u00ed a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Planificaci\u00f3n en la elaboraci\u00f3n de este Informe Local Voluntario, que es un ejercicio in\u00e9dito dentro de los Gobiernos Provinciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este informe describe las acciones y avances de la Prefectura de Manab\u00ed en la implementaci\u00f3n de los ODS en el territorio, y est\u00e1 alineado con los 5 Ejes Estrat\u00e9gicos de Desarrollo Provincial: vivo, humano, sostenible, conectado y articulado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guanoluisa indic\u00f3 que este informe tambi\u00e9n es una herramienta de transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.
