{"id":25031,"date":"2023-07-04T00:08:27","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T00:08:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.manabi.gob.ec\/?p=25031"},"modified":"2023-07-04T00:08:33","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T00:08:33","slug":"la-tonga-mas-grande-del-mundo-en-horno-de-lena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.manabi.gob.ec\/index.php\/la-tonga-mas-grande-del-mundo-en-horno-de-lena\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a1La Tonga m\u00e1s grande del mundo en horno de le\u00f1a!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el restaurante El Montubio de Portoviejo, se vivi\u00f3 una constelaci\u00f3n del buen sabor manabita con la preparaci\u00f3n de la tonga m\u00e1s grande del mundo en horno de le\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evento gastron\u00f3mico organizado por Luis Balda Valdiviezo, gerente propietario del restaurante Montubio, en conmemoraci\u00f3n a la obtenci\u00f3n de la certificaci\u00f3n de los usos y t\u00e9cnicas del horno de le\u00f1a manabita como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial del Ecuador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El prefecto Orlando, dijo en su intervenci\u00f3n, que se necesitan pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que fomenten el turismo gastron\u00f3mico como una manifestaci\u00f3n cultural porque la comida es parte de nuestra identidad y ra\u00edces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abTenemos que asumir nuevos desaf\u00edos, internacionalizar nuestra comida as\u00ed como lo hicieron nuestros vecinos de Lima &#8211; Per\u00fa, que tuvieron una visi\u00f3n y un sue\u00f1o que luego se hizo una visi\u00f3n compartida\u00bb, expres\u00f3 el Prefecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el acto se reconoci\u00f3 a<br>cinco cocineros manabitas que utilizan el horno de le\u00f1a en la preparaci\u00f3n de los tradicionales platos manabitas: Fanny Vergara de Manishagua, Henry Valencia de Vuelta al Campo, Valentina \u00c1lvarez de Iche, Cecilia Cede\u00f1o de Muya y Luis Balda de Montubio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo Luis Balda, entreg\u00f3 un reconocimiento al prefecto Leonardo Orlando, y aprovech\u00f3 el espacio para hacer la entrega simb\u00f3lica de un balc\u00f3n a los artistas y gestores culturales del cant\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar, Piloso y Saira.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el restaurante El Montubio de Portoviejo, se vivi\u00f3 una constelaci\u00f3n del buen sabor manabita con la preparaci\u00f3n de la tonga m\u00e1s grande del mundo en horno de le\u00f1a.
