Este premio se lo obtuvo en el Festival Internacional de Gastronom\u00eda que se desarroll\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs un orgullo que este delicioso plato obtenga su reconocimiento en el mundo, y es oportuno destacar el trabajo de todos los jipijapenses en este festival, que nos permite conmemorar su cantonizaci\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 el prefecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad provincial tambi\u00e9n entreg\u00f3 el reconocimiento a Alejandro Orlando, quien cuenta la historia de la creaci\u00f3n del ceviche al estilo Jipijapa, en el documental que particip\u00f3 del concurso y obtuvo el premio internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El prefecto de Manab\u00ed, Leonardo Orlando, particip\u00f3 del evento y recorri\u00f3 los stands de los emprendedores junto a la alcaldesa del cant\u00f3n y la gobernadora de Manab\u00ed, donde decenas de emprendedores gastron\u00f3micos expusieron una diversidad de platos, previo a cumplirse 205 a\u00f1os de Independencia de Jipijapa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El domingo 12 de octubre, se desarroll\u00f3 en Jipijapa el Festival del Ceviche con Man\u00ed y Aguacate, que es una insignia del cant\u00f3n y la provincia, donde m\u00e1s de 26 exponentes realizaron una amplia oferta de \u00e9ste y otros platos gastron\u00f3micos.
