{"id":33075,"date":"2026-02-28T17:31:42","date_gmt":"2026-02-28T17:31:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.manabi.gob.ec\/?p=33075"},"modified":"2026-02-28T17:31:43","modified_gmt":"2026-02-28T17:31:43","slug":"prefectura-interviene-para-reducir-riesgos-y-mantener-operativa-la-presa-derivadora-la-estancilla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.manabi.gob.ec\/index.php\/prefectura-interviene-para-reducir-riesgos-y-mantener-operativa-la-presa-derivadora-la-estancilla\/","title":{"rendered":"Prefectura interviene para reducir riesgos y mantener operativa la presa derivadora La Estancilla"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La acumulaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente dos kil\u00f3metros de lechuguines en la presa de derivaci\u00f3n La Estancilla en el cant\u00f3n Tosagua, la Prefectura de Manab\u00ed activ\u00f3 el plan de contingencia, ante el riesgo inminente de afectaciones en la compuerta, la cual permanec\u00eda levantada y pod\u00eda colapsar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a esta situaci\u00f3n que presenta la presa, la Prefectura de Manab\u00ed, liderada por el prefecto Leonardo Orlando, respondi\u00f3 de manera inmediata a la solicitud de apoyo de la Empresa P\u00fablica del Agua (EPA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal t\u00e9cnico y maquinaria pesada se traslad\u00f3 de forma urgente para iniciar la evacuaci\u00f3n de los lechuguines, acci\u00f3n necesaria para que posteriormente la EPA ejecute las experticias t\u00e9cnicas y se proceda al desarme controlado de la compuerta, para reducir la vulnerabilidad y se eviten posibles da\u00f1os en la estructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presa de derivaci\u00f3n, administrada por la EPA, es estrat\u00e9gica para el abastecimiento de agua potable de los cantones Bol\u00edvar, Jun\u00edn, Tosagua, San Vicente y Sucre (Bah\u00eda de Car\u00e1quez).
