El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Manabí a través de la Gestión de Transparencia, y con el compromiso de cumplir con los principios de integridad y responsabilidad; combate la corrupción y los actos de soborno en la institución, prohibiendo de manera directa o indirecta actos indebidos que vayan en contra del liderazgo integral transformacional, con el fin de mejorar la calidad y eficiencia en el desarrollo integral y equitativo de la provincia, promulga la decisión de prevenir, detectar y enfrentar a través de sus canales de gestión estos actos, así como a dar cumplimiento a los requisitos legales aplicables y los establecidos en el Sistema de Gestión Antisoborno.
El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Manabí, está comprometido con los principios y valores que lo caracterizan, aportando de manera íntegra, ética y transparente en la lucha contra la corrupción y el soborno, motivando a la ciudadanía y a todos quienes conforman la institución el planteamiento de las inquietudes y denuncias de buena fe o sobre la base de una creencia razonable, que permitan la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión Antisoborno.
El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Manabí otorga los recursos, la autoridad, acceso a la Alta Dirección y la independencia a la Función de Cumplimiento Antisoborno para el desarrollo de sus actividades y para canalizar las necesidades o inquietudes al respecto del soborno o el sistema de gestión antisoborno.
El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Manabí y su política de tolerancia cero frente al soborno o prácticas de corrupción, estará vigilante del cumplimiento de la misma, por lo que, en el caso de inobservancia, se actuará bajo el marco legal correspondiente.

Integrity Policy
The Decentralized Autonomous Provincial Government of Manabí, through Transparency Management, and with the commitment to comply with the principles of integrity and responsibility; fights corruption and acts of bribery in the institution, directly or indirectly prohibiting improper acts that go against the integral transformational leadership, in order to improve the quality and efficiency in the integral and equitable development of the province, promulgates the decision to prevent, detect and confront these acts through its management channels, as well as to comply with the applicable legal requirements and those established in the Anti-Bribery Management System.
The Decentralized Autonomous Provincial Government of Manabí is committed to the principles and values that characterize it, contributing in an integral, ethical and transparent manner in the fight against corruption and bribery, motivating citizens and all those who make it up, under the authority and independence of the compliance function of our institution, may raise concerns and complaints in good faith or on the basis of a reasonable belief, which allow the continuous improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System.
The Decentralized Autonomous Provincial Government of Manabí grants the resources, authority, access to Senior Management and independence to the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function for the development of its activities and to channel needs or concerns regarding bribery or the Management System Anti-bribery.
The Decentralized Autonomous Provincial Government of Manabí and its zero tolerance policy, against bribery or corrupt practices, will be vigilant of compliance with it, therefore, in the event of non-compliance, action will be taken under the corresponding legal framework.
